What is our normal oxygen level during sleep?

Not sure what you mean by oxygen level, unless you mean respiration’s. Our normal oxygen level per breath inhalation is usually 21% oxygen and 78% Nitrogen. And we do not use all that oxygen when inhaled, we exhale approximately 16% oxygen, 3%-5% carbon dioxide. So I am hoping this is what you were asking for, when you asked your question. If you are asking what are respiration’s drop to while being asleep, normal breathing consists of: Adults 12-20 respirations per minute Children 15-30 per min When you fall alseep you can cut this in half. When the body is asleep, it slows down, doesn’t need as much oxygen.
