What is Pickle Relish?
Pickle relish or simply relish is a condiment which is made with various spiced vegetables or fruits which are pickled for extended shelf life. One of the most well-known forms of pickle relish is probably the version made with cucumbers and widely served with hot dogs in many regions of the world; this style of pickle relish is so common that many people refer to it simply as “relish,” not realizing that there are other types of relish available.
