What is Portland Cement Association or PCA?
A. Portland Cement Association is a group of about 50 cement companies in the U.S. and Canada. Since 1916, PCA has focused on improving cement and its uses. On behalf of its members, PCA promotes the industrys goals through market development, education, research, technical services, and government affairs. It has taken a leadership role in educating its industry and the business community about the importance of sustainable development and how concrete plays a vital role in environmentally sound construction.
