What is public access television and how can a person schedule a program?
Public access is when television production equipment and training is made available to citizens to produce their own shows. To find out more about public access, call Fort Vancouver Community Television (FVTV Cable Channel 11) at (360) 693-7544. CVTV has nothing to do with public access. The Cable TV Office only provides playback services for FVTV.
