Guests of members are always welcome on advance notice to the Managing Director. Guests’ behavior must conform to Race Point Capital’s Code of Conduct. Guests may not invest in opportunities unless they are Members. Regularly attending guests are requested to become members; if they are not interested in becoming a Member, they may be asked to curtail attendance in order to ensure enough room for the guests of other members.
