Radisson… the same people that bring you some of the finest chain hotels in the world somehow landed their name on this place. This is OBVIOUSLY some franchise property that Radisson has no idea it is operating. Nice lobby area, but when you get to the hallways and rooms it’s all over. Motel 6 quality for a Radisson price. I’m a VERY loyal Radisson customer and am consistently pleased with their accomodations, but on my next visit to Houston, I will definately re-think. Out dated rooms, dark halls, lousy gift shop, and more! The staff is not too bad, but not the Radisson standard of “Genuine Hospitality” found at other properties. Until they do a MAJOR renovation, find another place to spend your money!
