What is RAK Airways policy if a flight is cancelled?
If we cancel a flight due to be operated by us, fail to operate a flight reasonably according to the schedule, fail to stop at your destination or Stopover destination, or cause you to miss a connecting flight operated by us on which you hold a confirmed reservation, we shall, at your option, either: – carry you and your baggage at the earliest opportunity on another of our scheduled services on which space is available in the class in which you were originally booked without additional charge – within a reasonable period of time, re-route you and your baggage to the destination shown on your ticket by our own services, or those of another carrier without additional charge
I hate so much when flights are being delayed or even cancelled. All your plans break down. If it’s your work trip then you’ll get troubles at work. If it’s a vacation then consider it spoiled. I remember a couple of years ago Antalya departures were cancelled I stayed in Turkey for like 5 days. It was because of storms at homeland. Safety’s first but it’s so irritating.
