What is Real Estate School?

A Real Estate School is attended by students wishing to take examinations that will give them licenses to buy and sell properties for themselves or others, within a given state. Though many real estate laws are of federal origin, a Real Estate School can help with understanding specific laws of the state in which one wishes to hold a license. Sometimes a Real Estate School can offer courses which will give Realtors the opportunity to take licensing tests in several states. In some cases, those wishing to become Realtors do not go to a specific Real Estate School.
