Running Jaguar in parallel requires an installation of MPI. By default, under Linux, Jaguar uses the MPICH package. Chapter 12 of the Jaguar User Manual describes in detail how to set up your system to run Jaguar in parallel. This information is also summarized in the Installation Guide. Note that you cannot run Jaguar batch scripts in parallel.
