If shed is over 10′ x 10′: A sealed survey showing the shed on the property with dimensions to the property lines. Completed building applications with jacket. Contractors license including insurance certificate. (2) copies of structural drawings of shed. Payment of permit application fees when approved. If shed is under 10’ x 10’: A sealed survey of the property showing the shed and the dimensions to the property lines. The appropriate fees when application is approved.
