What is response time in emergency situations, and what the rates are?
We will respond to your service call ASAP (within four business hours). We normally service all equipment on a first-come first-served basis, but we understand that from time to time, certain situations require special attention. This is why, for our regular rate billed at time-and-a-half, we will drop everything and get you up and running again as fast as is possible.
