What is Rivia™ Target Enrichment?
Rivia target enrichment uses solution-based hybridization to selectively capture defined regions of the genome. These regions typically range from hundreds of kilobases to tens of megabases. The kits contain pools of custom-designed RNA probes and reagents for capturing and purifying DNA targets for use in next-generation sequencing.
