What is saftey week?
During the week of the saftey stand down we take the whole week and send out a checklist of things that the DOT has picked on us for the entire year and focus on correcting them. Also we will send any updates to required safety equipment mandated by the DOT and also a checklist of things to refresh your memory of certain hazards that are on the road that many of us become complacent with. We take this week to hound our drivers to take a good look at ourselves to see what we can improve and remind ourselves that we have one of the most dangerous jobs in the US. We want all of our drivers to come home safely from every trip!!!!!
