What is satisfactory progress?

0

Each county decides what is satisfactory progress. The county’s policy must be in writing. Ask for a hearing if it isn’t. Generally, satisfactory progress means you are in good standing and making progress toward your degree or certificate.

Satisfactory progress is attending classes, maintaining at least a 2.0 GPA, passing a minimum number of hours during the academic semester and attempting no more than 96 of the hours required to complete a degree or 150% of the hours required to complete a certificate. Please contact the Office of Financial Aid for the Satisfactory Progress Standards.
