What is Self-Service Banner (SSB)?
Self-Service Banner (SSB) is a web-based application that is accessible through the Eagles Online portal. Students and instructional faculty have access to SSB by default. No access request is required in order to access the registration, advising, and student records system. New Faculty members or those who are experiencing problems should contact their department chairperson or Dean for ID and PIN information for assistance. Students can obtain their ID and PIN as well as login assistance from their faculty advisor.
