What is Sew Excitings refund policy?
If, for whatever reason, you decide not to proceed with an order, please let us know as soon as possible. You have 28 days from the date of dispatch to return the item. As long as it is returned as new, we will refund the value of the purchase (less shipping). If you change your mind before the item has been shipped, we will refund the purchase in full (including shipping). Where the item you have ordered is to be stitched for you, a refund will not be offered once stitching has commenced.
