What is SkillsUSA – VICA?
SkillsUSA – VICA is our student leadership organization. SkillsUSA – VICA conducts the Skills and Leadership Championships that our students participate in every year. Local competitions occur in late January. Local student winners advance to the District competition in February at TSTC in Waco. District winners advance to the state competition usually in April (the location rotates around the state). State winners advance to the National SkillsUSA – VICA Skills and Leadership Competition in June usually in Kansas City. Mo.
