What is TDC Jewelrys return policy?
Online catalog orders can be returned for full refund within 15 days of reciept of the product, or returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of reciept of the product. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the bill of sale, including your name and phone number. Merchandise must be packaged properly and in original condition. Shipping and insurance charges for product returned to TDC Jewelry are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise not in original condition will not qualify for refund or exchange.
