What is that flashing circle at the bottom of the “Add” screen?
Like other GPS iPhone applications, Noteworthy Places uses the iPhone’s GPS capabilities to determine your location. Because it can take some time for the iPhone to determine the location, the circle provides you with feedback on this process as it changes from red, to yellow and to green. When the circle is green, the accuracy is probably as good as it is going to get. It is possible that a better reading may come in after the circle turns green. However, you can choose to save the location whenever you wish. So, if you’re in a hurry and save, the accuracy may not be as good as if you had waited longer to save.
