A. Total Joint Care contains cetyl myristoleate. Cetyl myristoleate works very well for arthritis, but often takes several months to work. We recommend 6 capsules a day of Ray & Terry’s Total Joint Care until arthritic complaints lessen. Then, begin to taper to 4 or 2 capsules a day. Allow about 4 months time to see results.
