What is the ADP Labor Law Poster Automatic Update Service?
Federal and state laws make it mandatory for every business owner who has even one employee to post and maintain current labor law posting requirements. If they fail to post these state and federal labor law posters, they can be fined up to $17,000. Previously, ADP had an agreement with a third party poster company whereby ADP sold the compliance posters and the third party fulfilled, invoiced, and serviced the client on an on-going basis. That relationship will be changing so that ADP now sells, invoices, and provides first-level client support to the client and a third party handles fulfillment and second-level client support. ADP has chosen the American Labor Law Company (ALLC) as our third party labor law poster vendor. The toll free telephone number for ADP Client Service poster support is (866) 268-9626. This number should NOT be given out to ADP clients. Hours of service by ALLC will include but are not limited to Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, excluding the holidays
