What is the advantage of Baby Signs® DVDs over other signing videos?
The Baby Signs® DVDs were produced by child development experts Drs. Acredolo and Goodwyn. There was great thought and research of the target audience (i.e., babies) and how they learn. The DVDs are unique in that they are paced developmentally for babies. They are very slow, which allows proper visual tracking and comprehension of the scenes. They include repetition important for babies and present signs in a variety of ways (animated 3-D Diaper Doodles characters, BeeBo™ the Baby Signs® bear, real babies, puppets, and real objects) to allow for learning differences among babies.
