The Better Business Bureau is a private, nonprofit, self regulatory organization dedicated to promoting fairness and honesty in the marketplace. This option may not be available if you decide to hire an immigration consultant outside of Canada. In addition, you can also file a complaint with the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC).
