What is the advatage of verbal communication during a pressentaion?
A verbal presentation should be backed up with a written package of information wherever possible. Verbal will keep the attention of the listener (assuming the presenter is not a total bore), enable them to ask questions and have specific information repeated and/or emphasised where necessary. The written package can be used to follow what is being said and also for reference at a later stage.
