What is the aftercare following a Manual Lymphatic Drainage session?
Ensure that your water intake is adequate so that you are supporting yourself following the treatment. As a guide, drink 1 litre of water per 22kgs of weight. You may feel tired following the session and possibly the next day, so allow time to rest. Recognise that your lymphatic system will still be responding to the treatment, so rest when required.
