It is difficult to generalise for the whole gamut of services included under consulting. But one can say that the turnover rate could be around 12-15%. Which sectors are likely to witness consolidation globally in India? Globally, there has been a trend of consolidation in financial services. Likewise, mergers and acquisitions are likely to happen in healthcare in those countries where that segment is not in the public sector. Consolidation is also likely to happen in the energy sector. Countries like India and China have been witnessing consolidation because companies want to transform themselves in order to have a global footprint. This has led to cases of vertical integration. Moreover, we look at the quality of our clients, rather than quantity.
