What is the author’s problem with the “Home School Graduate” cake?
There are millions of kids being homeschooled, and “the home-educated typically score 15 to 30 percentile points above public-school students on standardized academic achievement tests. (The public school average is the 50th percentile.)”* Colleges actually seek them out. There is nothing “depressing” about that cake. That graduation is just as significant an achievement as any other graduation. Ironically, it is the author implying ignorance who actually suffers from it. * For actual research on homeschooling (rather than apparently biased opinion), go to: http://www.nheri.org/Research-Facts-on-Homeschooling.html Katy Whit a year ago 3 Responses to This ↑ Flag Link Share React React Adam S. thinks The Best And Worst Graduation Cakes is LOL about a year ago × Kewpiedollz1 thinks The Best And Worst Graduation Cakes is LOL about a year ago × scribblin The Best And Worst Graduation Cakes and thinks it’s LOL about a year ago × jacobwindham thinks The Best And Worst Graduation Cakes is LOL
