We currently have eleven different builders, and lot sizes vary with the type of home that is built. These range from smaller, easily maintained lots to almost 1/3 acre lots for larger and custom homes. Choosing a lot near open space lends the feeling of a much larger lot. There will eventually be 1,000 acres of open space in Daybreak.
