What is the basis of the Wiccan religion?

Today with the freedom to choose any religion that one may want, some of the misconceptions created about the old religion are finally beginning to be cleared up. The Wiccan religion is a nature-oriented religion. The Wiccan, or "Witch" is concerned with preserving nature's beauty and trying to solve some of the present problems of pollution.
