What is the best car to use for a demolition derby?

I used to use the early 70’s Lincolns. We had tried some other cars but Lincolns treated us best. Building the same model over again was easy because all the custom stuff just got swapped. They did real good. It’s been over 10 years now so I don’t know if rules have changed. We stripped everything out, less to burn in fire. Others left interior and only stripped glass and such. We had a thick plate of steel that we dropped thru the window opening in the driver door and a big pipe between the sides behind the driver seat that did good to protect the driver. They wanted the doors chained shut but we also welded them shut. We weren’t allowed to reinforce anything except for the drivers area but I heard that has changed. Better get a rule book.
