What is the best cat food to buy?
It depends if you have a male or female cat. Male cats tend to have more problems with food. Try not to give your cat wet food unless it’s for a treat. Wet food tends to give cats a higher rate of constipation, which is NOT GOOD. Dry food is the best way to go. Whatever cat food you get, make sure it’s low in ash/magnesium. A normal rate is 5-7. Any higher than that can give your cats all sorts of problems. Friskys is a good one, although it seems to be a little on the expensive side. Science Diet and By Nature are probably second best. You can buy these at Petsmart or at your vet.
