Herbal Essences are decent working and cheap too for shampoo/conditioners. I do use the Aussie leave-in spray conditioner which makes my hair soft and less frizzy…I know you said cheap but the Victoria’s Secret So Sexy leave in serum makes my hair SUPER SHINY! I forgot how much it was but it’s worth it for the shine! And lasts forever!
