What is the best christmas food you eat?
There are lots of good Christmas foods you can make. However I have noticed something – the smell of the room dramatically affects how the food feels. For instance if you were having a roast and had a fresh piney smell it would seem more hearty and warm cause it is like you are in a chalet and create feeling of closeness. I was recently checking out room fragrance sprays and thinking of the amazing potential of it. My favourite Xmas food would probably be roasted silverside beef, roast potatoes (boiled shaken and possibly with semolina for crunch) and parsnips with a maple syrup glaze, mixed veg with an xmas pudding and a chocolate melt in the middle pudding for desert with brandy cream for the xmas pud. Then if you can match the fragrance for the room to create a fresh new warm and hearty sensation you turn this 5 star feast into something truly memorable.
