What is the best computer system for an interior designer?

It depends on the software you need to use I am not a interior designer but I am a commercial artist. I use the adobe suite allot. I bought a hp and came with vista and was not very compatible with vector based software like fireworks, flash, illustrator, I downgraded to xp pro. my recommendation. If you get a PC get it with xp.
