What is the best desktop computer to buy with screen and keyboard, and really fast at reasonable price?

Get a gaming pc or build your own. DONT buy a dell. Dell screws you over in the end because once your computer needs an upgrade such as a video card you cant do it because they dont make their pcs very upgradeable. So you will go back in 2-3 years and get another computer from them. its pretty clever actually. But if you have the time you should build your own. You will know absolutely everything that goes in your computer and wont have any bloatware installed when you build it. You may also be able to brag to your friends and talk geek arround them and they wont have a clue wat you are talking about. If you cant build your own buy an alienware or something. They dont screw you like dell does.  more
