What is the best frying pan to use on my ceramic stove?
I love my stove top and like it to look brand new because it was my first real purchase ten years ago, for the house. I really don’t buy high quality pans and I should because I kill pans! I’ve found just cleaning the top with a cleaner meant for ceramic surfaces preserves that new store bought look and keeps scratches at bay. My sister had a stove that looked like heck after a year but she let food cake up and didn’t clean it right after or she would just use dish soap.
