Heart block is disease of electrical system of heart.Non-symptomatic heart block does not require treatment.However, Heart block with symptoms (symptomatic/ heart attack ) usually require transcutaneous pacing or pacemaker depending upon situation of patient. Sometimes in high emergency cases atropine sulfate is used.
