to supply electricity to any outside building firstly requires a means of isolation at both ends so the shed end would require a distribution board of some sort and fitted with an RCD to prevent electric shock, also the house end should ideally have an RCD as well which could already be in the house board. You cannot fix the wiring to a fence as it is not permitted by regulations so you either need to bury armoured cable and would suggest 3 core 1.5 or 2.5 which requires special termination glands or an overhead cable which would require a wire catenary to support it . Really its a job for a proffesional spark as there are many risks involved with electricity and they tend only to be fatal once.
