AWhen transferring poster files it is best to bring them on removable media. Popular media such as USB pen drives, portable hard drives, ZIP disks or something as simple as a CD will be accepted. As much as I prefer using the network, it is not the best solution for transferring files, due to the many people and the countless file versions I would be receiving. During busy events there is not enough time to track incoming files or deleting the previous files.
