You can hang your work in the sun, maybe iron it, some people put their work in a dryer, time usually cures paint on fabric though. You will never wash out any ink you happen to get on your best tee shirt! Try out a sample piece before you go any further, iron it, put it in the dryer, then wash it and put it in a window to test wash and lightfastness.
