What is the best remedy for a cough?
depending on what kind of cough it is…… if its a dry cough then breathing in steam helps, lots of hot drinks, a fresh lemon squeezed… hot water and a spoon of honey…. or hot ribena. if its a chesty cough steam also helps lift it…. if your coughing up nasties you prob need anitbiotics ……. also wrap up warm and go for a gentle stroll in the fresh air…. usually does wonders in killing bugs…. my granny also insisted that chicken soup… homemade was good for a cough… worth a try i guess.
