What is the best time of the year for fresh flowers?

Spring and early summer are when we gather most of our flowers. Because we are in Maine, spring tends to run a little late, but when it does arrive the colors are spectacular. Our special pressing and storage system allows us to retain the majority of these brilliant colors for up to 18 months.
