What is the best time to phone you to place a verbal order or to ask a question?
A-22: The best time to reach us in the office is between 11 AM & 4 PM, Pacific Time, Monday through Thursday. Because there are only 2 of us we apologize if you have difficulty getting through at times. When we are not in, our answering service reliably takes orders, which are promptly filled upon our return to the office. Our answering service is not knowledgeable enough to answer any technical questions or offer resource information. Because of the large volume of requests, and because a “simple” question might require pages of writing to answer properly, we cannot write answers to your fax or e-mail questions, so we suggest that you call during our business hours.
