Actually with opks first morning urine is not the best to test with. Most women do not get their surge until mid-day. My doctor recommended I test at 10 am and about 5-6 pm just to be sure. Some women only surge for a few hours so if you test at 8 am and then wait until 8 am the next day you could actually miss your surge. It is best to wait at least 4 hours to test and not to drink a lot of fluids in those 4 hours. Just so your urine is more concentrated. You may be able to take on on your lunch break or something.
