What is the best way to clean blinds, shutters and how do I clean my windows with shutters?

My answer is: For blinds it will depend on what type of blind you have. If you have a roller blind I find wiping it down with some soapy water does the trick. For wood slat blinds a regular dust or vacuum will keep them clean, and they can be wiped with a damp cloth to remove any marks or if they require a more thorough clean. My new ABS plastic shutter is wipe-cleanable, but most shutters can be dusted or wiped clean with a damp cloth. Shutters open into your room so that you can open them to clean windows, however, most customers find that for the majority of the time the shutters remain closed and light is adjusted using the louvers.
