What is the best way to clean walls?

The best thing I’ve found for cleaning painted walls, especially if you’re planning on painting them again, is Trisodium Phosphate (or TSP for short). They may not actually sell real TSP anymore but I know for sure that Lowes and Home Depot carry a great TSP substitute. Just follow the dilution directions on the bottle and you’re home free. Oh, and use a sponge, not a cloth.
