Cut out high fat foods from your diet such as cheese, cookies, candies, ice cream, saturated fat, alcohol, red meats like beef and pork, and all white bread and rice. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and whole grain foods. For meat, consume lean cuts and omega 3 fatty products like wild salmon and tuna no more than twice a week.
