Try using a pressure hose...I have a probelm with birds being attracted to my house, so every few months I use a pressure hose on the bricks, tile roof and colourbond fence....it works well!

Get it wet. Bird poop picks up water pretty quickly, after ten minutes or so you will probably be able to wipe or spray it off. For porous surfaces I suggest letting it dry and simply vacuuming.
