What is the best way to serve the truffles?
The truffles are best when slightly chilled. To chill warm truffles, leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before eating. If truffles have been in refrigeration, rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. We recommend replating truffles with smooth tongs or while wearing a plastic bag or glove over your hand. The warmth of finger tips can leave prints in the smooth sides of the dipped truffles.
