Honestly if you don’t have much time and you work to much i like to hit the gym at night. The easiest way to keep in shape is to have a calorie diet fit to your body and run 3 times a week. If its alot of muscle your looking for get in that gym and hit up some weights! Need any help on some workouts or great muscle building diets just ask.

The best way to stay fit and healthy is to exercise and eat right. I’m sure you’ve heard the term, “Abs are made in the kitchen” or “You can’t outrun a bad diet.” Both of these are true! It’s hard to make a healthy change in eating right, but it must be done. Try eating natural foods, as in anything that comes from the ground or an animal. Try to cut out all processed foods. Also, make sure you are exercising. You can do a fun activity/sport 3-4 times a week or run, go to the gym, do exercise classes, or even get home DVD’s. It is completely up to you! Just make sure to get moving at least 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes.

The best way to stay fit is to live a healthy lifestyle consisting of eating correctly and exercising. What you eat is as important as when you eat it, 5 small meals consisting of fresh foods and protein should be consumed throughout the day. You want to maintain a proper calorie intake daily to achieve and keep the weight you want to be at.

Exercising keeps your body strong and flexible, as well as builds muscle which helps to burn calories. You want to do both aerobic and muscle building exercises, I would suggest doing aerobics 3 days and muscle building exercises 3 days a week alternating them and resting the 7th day.

Doing these things as a lifestyle will keep you fit, they become your life and you never have to diet. Fitness is important in having a long quality life.

Staying Fit should not merely be goal of life but it is the way to live life. Nobody want to stay unfit and out of form. The main obstacles in line to stay healthy are 2 C – Consistency and Control. You probably would be aware of all fundas and logic for staying fit from whole lot of available resources available in market. 

The answer lies in you. Research says it take 60days of consistency to turn an activity in to habit. So when you take a task to exercise or being active and join gym be on it at least for 60 days to make it a part of your life.

Don’t expect to be fit unless you can afford to stay disciplined. Proper diet and exercise are part and parcel of your life. You can deviate for a change but cant avoid it.

So control yourself and be consistent is a mantra of staying fit.
